I had a dead battery last week(not even enough power to register on meter), it wouldn't take a charge so I put in a new one. Engine started right up. I turned off the battery disconnect switch. Today I went out to check navigation lights and again I had a dead battery. It's a 2002 Yamaha 25 hp four stroke. Model F25TLRA
Any ideas?
Thanks

It sounds like you have a direct short between your battery and the switch. Or, the short could be in the switch.

Good luck!
