The freeze plug popped and the

The freeze plug popped and the right manifold leaks. Is the engine a total?
Boats a 97 four winns with a 4.3 volvo penta.
I can post video of the leak on youtube.

Did the boat receive a proper

Did the boat receive a proper winterization last time it went into long term storage? First time out this season since last fall?

I'd suggest doing a compression test on all the cylinders and perhaps a leakdown test to follow that up if you've found inconsistent results with your compression test.
