the motor worked fine all summer i ran it really hard I had the throttle pin down and now it starts to shake it won't stop

I have a Yamaha 200 horsepower motor 20 foot Grady White .motor worked great all summer long it had great power then I decided to pin down the throttle to the point where I couldn't pin it down anymore I was cruising at a high speed for about a mile in a half .then the motor started shaking I thottle down and the motor just continue to shake I had to cruise at a very low speed or else to motor was going into convulsions
