"When I raise my motor,it slow

"When I raise my motor,it slowly comes back down.Same with the trim. Is this due to bad seals or something simple as air in the hydrolics. How do I bleed the air out. Thanks"

all u do is keep adding fluid and keep going up and down until the bubbles come out
