Force 50 starving for air

if I take the cover off of the

if I take the cover off of the engine top it starts and idles real well it seems that the engine is starving for air and there is lots of fuel coming out of the carb any help would be great

Sounds to rich maybe bad float

Sounds to rich maybe bad float inspect carb parts float valves are pretty cheap under 10 bucks

rebuild the carbs before you r

rebuild the carbs before you replace the power head
clean the plugs also
