Force 125 Starting Problem

Ok guys I had my motor rebuilt. Try to crank it up nothing. Barely turns so I took the plugs out and it turns like a champ.. I put pre-mix in each cylinder to lube it and and turn it to clear it out. Put plugs back in but again nothing. It barely turns but sometimes there are times where it turns over just for a second but goes off. Is it electrical or something. I need someone to point me in the right direction to fix this asap.

Sounds like whoever rebuilt didnt get the crank set back in right when reading the other post. Is the spark plug hitting the top of piston as its turnig over. Run a compression check. They are aviable FREE at any auto parts stor all you have to do is put a deposit down. read each cyl and get back with results
 
Pistons won't hit unless the connecring rod has come loose.It will lock up when that happens.
He was on another site,got a ton of replys but doesn't seem to answer or do any tests.
