Force 120 Starting problems

So I bought a 94 bayliner 1800LS off a guy we took it out an it ran and I was told it had low compression in cylinder number 2 which it does. I brought it home wanted to put a kicker motor on it so it sat for 3 weeks until I got one on an mounted. I went to test out both motors before putting them in the water and the 120 Force wouldn't start. Im on the Bayliner and iboats forums as well trying to find any help or info. When i go to start the engine I make sure the kill switch in on run, pump the fuel line hard, tried using the choke and also not choking it same result and turn the key usually on the first tries of the day it will start up for 3-5 seconds then spit and sputter then shut off. I tried it even with advancing the throttle. After trying a bunch of times it wont even start at all just turn over. Here is a list of things I have done or tried. Ive pulled all spark plugs and tested and it gave off a sharp blue spark. I did a compression test and came up with 125 30 125 120. I cleaned the fuel line and replaced the fuel filter and pulled the carbs and everything is clean. I checked for any fuses only one I could find as above the coils that comes off the stator and is a 20amp and is fine, I cant find any others on the engine. I currently pulled the Flywheel to check the stator and the flywheel key. The key is fine and the stator looks kinda dirty and banged up a little.? I was wondering what the yellowish box that the stator wires goes into is. It has some dark spots inside of it like some wires might of got burnt not sure tho. Any help would be awesome thanks for your time. IMG_20130708_084715_533.jpgIMG_20130709_084826_818.jpgIMG_20130709_084912_116.jpgIMG_20130712_140001_224.jpgIMG_20130712_140031_196.jpg

If you have spark then the electrical system is probably ok.The low compession could be the problem 30# is way low. I found that tilting the motor all the way up when trying to start can break the floats free and it MIGHT?? start??? Try starting fluid(don't usually suggest that, but the motors shot anyway)or some gas direct into the carbs,Spray bottle. The newer motors have an enricher and sometimes it can go bad and flood the cylinders. There is a hose from the enricher to the carbs, block this off and see if it makes a difference.
