Fogging 2003 Johnson 15 hp J15RSTD two strokes outboard?

2003 Johnson 15 hp J15RSTD two strokes outboard.

Whenspay fogging oil into the carb, do I have to take off the whole air box (36 inthe picture below)? what's that plug 32 for?

You should be able to do it with removing plug 32.
