have not ran engine since august fly wheel wont move any suggestions

have asuzuki 200hp outboard flywheel stuck wont spin tried to put oil in cilynders still no progress any ideas

"SeaFoam makes a product known as Quick Creep that is a spray form of SeaFoam. It is supposed to be great for freeing siezed engines. Tilt the engine all the way up and spray all around the edge of the piston the best you can through the plug hole. It is possible to freeze the driveshaft in the lower unit which would act just like siezed pistons, so check to see that the oil in the lower unit is full and that it is free of large quantities of water."
