Flywheel torque specs? 1957 7.5 hp

!957 evinrude 7.5. gonna pull the flywheel and change coils. What is flywheel torque?

40 to 45 foot pounds.
Make it in three steps, 15f/p then 30f/p then 45f/p.

how will the three steps make a difference? that method is for multiple bolts. one bolt wont matter. go right to 45
