I have a Johnson J150GLEIS 199

I have a Johnson J150GLEIS 1991 the flywheel (584350) magnets have some small chips missing. They seem to be mounted solid. I want to know if I should replace the them and if so do they make replacement kits or do I have to get a new flywheel
Where the best place to buy them and the cost
