I got this motor from our cabin which has not been use over 15 years. I cleaned the carb much as possible and when I start it fuel keeps flowing out the over flow on carb. So what do I need to fix this problem.

pull the carb and clean out bowl check needle vavle and seat check to make sure float is not sunk
