"I've been posting on the port side riser issue that gets hotter than the starboard. Also, restricted water flow at port side at transom. I THINK IT MIGHT BE A STUCK SHUTTER. It really is a PIA to get to, but I can see it with a flashlight that there are some fragments around the outer circumfrence of a metal disc. How can I test This shutter to make sure it's working? Any suggestions? I would have to pull out that whole port side exhaust hose just to get to it. Thanks!"
