My mercury 50 HP outboard 2 stroke motor was not peeing out water. The water hose/pump was clogged and we got it cleaned out. When trying to attach the hose back to the lower cowl, the little piece that fits into the end of the hose that attaches to the pee hole was knocked off and it fell into the lake. I have looked online to reorder, but I have no idea what this piece is actually called. Also, do I need the motor's serial number to get the correct part?
