97 or 98 Mercury Optimax 200.
97 or 98 Mercury Optimax 200. Cranked the engine and it ran then stalled. Cranked again and the motor had an exposion and caught fir. Most of the fire was in the rear of the motor. It did not blow the cover but was one heck of a bam. Any idea what caused this?
