Finding parts for control box for 15hp Mercury

I'm wanting to convert my

I'm wanting to convert my 15 Mercury tiller steer to stick steer from the front seat. Where can I find the remote control box with cables and wires (in other words the complete kit)? I think I've found the steering kit from Ezy-guide(sp?). thanks

I had to replace my steering system on a 1974 , 16' StarCraft, as the previous owner kinked the steering cable just where it protrudes out of the cable casing at the stern of the boat and it was original. I purchased all the replacement parts at Boater's World in Orlando Fl. at a cost of about $150.00. 2 years ago. That included a new Helm ( steering box )the cable, 22 ' or 24' in length,can't remember the exact length. The Bezel, which mounts to your dashboard, behind your steering wheel and the cable end motor mount kit and all came with the required hardware, nuts, bolts. It didn't include the steering wheel, as I utilized the original one. I don't know a lot about boats, but replaced all the mentioned equipment in about 1-1/2 hours. I think your situation is quite simular as long as there is an area to mount all the above mentioned materials, like some sort of dashboard. Heck, a used steering wheel shouldn't be any problem to locate. Check out Ebay or something like that.
