Finding model and serial number for a 90 hp murcury

Can someone tell me where to find my serial number and model number

Depending on the age of your outboard it will either be on a plate on the front of the swivel bracket,older models,or on a plate on the side of the bracket,when you know the number post it and someone will tell you age.If you cannot find a plate with a number,there might be a small silver disc on the side of the power head with a number on it

This is a 99 model 90 hp murcury
I have looked on the side. I haven't looked for the silver plate I will look for it next
