FD-20C Johnson 20HP No Spark

I have a FD-20C 20 HP Johnson. Serial# J2705331. Can you tell me the year? Also, there is a spot next to the rich/lean knob that says "stop" and it appears something should plug in there. What is this? It also appears there is an electric start actuator under the hood. Is this possible? The problem I am having is no spark. Can anyone tell me how to figure this out without taking it to a mechanic?

1966 model.-------Remove flywheel to inspect the dual ignition system.------They were available as electric start models.-------There would have been a stop button there to short out the ignion system to stop the motor.

So, if that is missing will it affect the spark? How hard is it to remove the flywheel? How do I do it?

Anything I should watch out for? Springs flying out, etc?

Is there a starter motor and solenoid mounted on a bracket under the hood ??

Is there a way to pull the fly wheel without a puller? There appears to be a starter motor under the hood from what they appear to look like on ebay. There is a big cylindrical motor on the front behind the spot where the stop switch should be. Also, there is no cables coming out of the motor that I can see. Where would they come out?
