how fast will a 1974 60hp johnson (3 cylinder 2-stroke) go on a 14ft boat??

You should check the ratings of the boat. Usually found on the transom or by console if it has one. Motor sounds alittle big for most 14 footers. Brian

"u dont have a 74 60.....u could have-- a 71-60,72-65,73-65,or 74---70.......i think...these numbers are correct,but i'm only on my first cup of coffee this am......that engine,def sounds too big,unless its a wide,heavy,strong transomed boat."
