Falling on Its face

New here. I have a 2005 mercury 50 2 stroke. When I turn the boat into a corner I lose power. Motor stays running but significantly less power when I straighten back up boat gets back up on plan and runs great. Anybody have a direction i could go to fix this problem.

The lake I go to most everybody travels in a counterclockwise direction do to some smaller areas in the lake to get traffic through safely. However pulling my 12 yr old son on the tube and trying to give him as much excitement as possible I weave back and forth turning both directions. So it does it turning left and right.
