The sticker on the swivel bracket is faded and not possible to read at all. The manual claims that there's an additional sticker/sign on the lower starboard side of the powerhead but I can't see it. Is it readable without removing the intake manifold? On my previous 1996 merc 50 4t there was a plug close to the oil filter with the serial stamped to it, but I can't find any such plug either. Insurance companies here in Sweden demands the serial # of the outboard.
