F60 tiller 2003, discharging battery

My F60 periodically discharges the battery.

The ignition is not left on.

I have disconnected all accessory electrical load from the battery.

A clamp ammeter shows zero current flow with the key off. 3-4 amps key on, 3-5 amps charging at idle.

Any ideas?
