f250 fuel line disconnect?

It seems like I have to disconnect the fuel line to get at the t-stats on my outboard. Any advice on how to do this the correct way? Thank you for any input you may have.

Cut the wire ties and remove the screws that hold the plastic piece that holds the fuel lines and you should be able to move everything just enough to get to the tstats.
