F150 tps low input voltage

Hi Guys.I've a F150 "08 MODEL, +- 500 hrs driving me nuts.Input voltage at TPS is lower than 5 volts.I think it's the engine harness,as when i fiddled with it voltage seemed to oscilate.Prior i swopped ECM,FUSE BOX,TPS and no go.I'm thinking of replacing engine harness.Any tips?

Why not just run a jumper to replace the bad wire?

What is the original problem with the engine?
