"The outboard start and idles

"The outboard start and idles fine. anything below half throttle is fine then past half the motor starts missing. Changed injectors, high comp pump, low compression pump. Need help"
 
Test the ignition system - sou

Test the ignition system - sounds like you are losing spark.

First check would be the stator - some have both low and high speed windings - could have a problem with the high speed windings if applicable to your motor.

Second check would be the pulser coil.

Super quick check - you need a buddy and a timing light - run the motor without the hood on and hook up the timing light while underway - quick way to see if it's an ignition problem...
