"I just finished rebuilding four WME Carburetors from a 1995 4 cylinder mercury...the part in the picture was included in the gasket kit for each carburetor...I have the factory service and parts manuals and I can't find this part in any diagram...the center is rubber and the washer part is metal...I haven't put the carbs on the motor yet...I would like to make sure this part is not essential before I continue...Any Ideas???
