Does anyone have a clever idea to repair the rubber sleeve protector on an outboard external wiring harness. I was thinking of heat shrink tape but it's not adhesive and I don't know how it would hold up to the UV from the sun.
Some sort of wrap-around adhesive heat shrink would be ideal but the only thing I can find is tubing and I'd rather not disconnect the harness from all points on the control box etc.
Any ideas?
