Exhaust Manifold

AQ125 A -- It seems that I have misplaced my information for the sequence and bolt torque values for the exhaust manifold. Would appreciate it if someone could post that info. Thanks!

I have never touqued a manifold bolt but do start from the inside and work my way out. I ask that the owner brings it back or retighten's after a couple of heat cycles. Are you useing the thick brown gaskets from V/P or the after market paper ones?
