Exhaust manifold compatibility

I'm sure this have been gone over a thousand time but I can't find a definite answer. I am putting 1968 120 in place of a 1985 140 that is siezed. But the exhaust doesn't line up. Can I swap the exhaust manifolds or cylinder head and manifold to make this work? Or do I need to find a different motor closer in years?

Also will I need to change props to make up for the hp difference?

The prop shouldn't be a problem. I'd find a new manifold for the 140 engine.

Ayuh,..... Should be no problem there,.....

Test the current prop 1st, then decide,....

I have the manifolds from both engines. Im just wondering if the manifold from the 140 will work on the older 120. The exhaust elbow from the 140 won't fit the 120 manifold. I don't want to take the manifold of until I know for sure the other one works. I tried just finding an elbow but all the elbows that look like they will fit goes straight back and the original goes to the right at a 45 degree angle.
