E120 looper1989. Rt bank is hot. removed T stat and started engine. I get smoke out of the t stat hole, very little water. even puffs when the engine coughs. Is this likely a blown gasket between the powerhead and midsection? I've had the head off and see no indication of water in the cylinders. Engine also has high idle. Perhaps caused by loss of back pressure?
