Evinrude VRO Pump Prob, which part I need ?

I have Evinrude engine, Year 1998, 150, 6V


I have problem with VRO pump, my engine moving well and after few mins the RPM go down, specially if the RPM up 4k, after few mins it go 2/2.5k.


I opened the pump, I didn't see any parts damage inside, but as I said, the speed go down after few mins.


I don't know which part I need, 0435921 or 0436095,

Are you sure the motor is not overheating ?------------Model # is ?

I have twin 150 Evinrude, OceanPro, 1998, I did replacement the pump between the engines, the problem shifted to the other engine, which gave confirmation that the problem from the pump.
