Evinrude Service Bulletin 2276

I recently purchased a 1988 70 hp Evinrude that did not have the SB #2276 update to the telltale on the side of the block on the engine. I have the service bulletin but can not find the part numbers needed to buy the updated water pump kit. 0396729 is the old number but can not find the new number. I contacted a dealer and gave them 0432955 as an updated number and they told me there was no such number, even though they had this item for sale in the eBay store. I just want to make sure I have the right kit because it needs the new plate and thermostat compression spring replaced as well. Any help would be great.[h=1][/h]

The dealer speaks wrong.--------That is the correct number for the updated kit with the modification pieces and instructions.------Have one on hand myself !
