Evinrude seahorse 4hp outboard head torque setting

Hi,
I have a 1983 Evinrude seahorse 4hp outboard.
I am fitting a new head gasket, and need the torque setting for the bolts.
Does anyone know please?

60-84 INCH pds. Start in the center and work your way out in a spiral in increments.

I deal in lbs ft

Working on outboards you're better off having an inch pound torque wrench.

Ok Thanks, that's alot lower than I thought it would be.
Could anyone advise me in something else please?
I have replaced the impeller, and was wondering which way does it sit in the water pump?
I don't want to get it the wrong way round.

Don't worry I've managed to get it running and pumping water now, but the water is leaking from the water jacket and the head.
I have replaced both of these gaskets and tightened them right up, should I put any sort of sealant on them?
