Evinrude outboard

I have 140hp evinrude when idling it seem to have miss in the engine,and will cut out all of a sudden ,it actually idles better on 3cyc,put new plugs in compression is 150 on 3cyc and 140 3 plugs look clean one has black on it all 4 plugs seem to be fireing good. Hope some one can solve this for me. Thanks
