Evinrude ocean pro no power to top 2 coils

Hello. I have a 1997 evinrude 200 ocean pro that is getting power to all the coils exept the top ones on each side. When I switch the leads from the firing coils I get spark so I'm pretty sure the coils aren't the problem. Is there something that would interrupt the power to only the top two coils?

Could this be a bad trigger base? Before I start disassembling the top of the engine, ie fly wheel ect, I thought I'd see if anyone else had run into this issue.

Could be a bad power pack. Go to cdielectronics.com for trouble shooting procedures.

Thanks Boobie, I have already downloaded that and read through it, I was more or less interested in learning if anyone else had this problem also.
