Evinrude Hustler spark plugs and revs

I have a 1975 75hp Evinrude H

I have a 1975 75hp Evinrude Hustler outboard motor.
I have to replace the spark plugs but I don't have the original specs. What spark plugs and gap should I use?
What is the best rev range for cruise with this kind of motor?

"Celio.... Use Champion spark

"Celio.... Use Champion spark plugs QL77JC4 or L77JC4. The "Q" indicates a resistor plug to be used if you have electronics on board. Set the gap at .040.

The top rated rpm (limit) is 5500 rpm.
Your engine hits it's horsepower at 5000 rpm.
The approved full throttle operating range is from 4500 rpm to 5500 rpm.
