"I'm just getting into the outboard world. I purchased an Evinrude No: 6702D E01622; checking, I believe it is a 6 hp 1967 year; my question is does it have a fuel pump or do I need to use a pressure tank gas tank system. The connection at the engine only has one outlet."

it is a 1967 6hp.

i dont know about those 6hp, but i do have a '64 18hp that has the regular evinrude fitting on the side of the motor.

does yours not have this?"
