Evinrude Fisherman Slow speed 6 Stalling

"Hello, my father in law needs me to figure out why his outboard motor stalls on him after a couple of minutes of use.
I've already cleaned out the carb. I think it has something to do with the pressure tank system. The motor looks like its brand new. I don't think its been used very much.
The serial number is 6202DJ 08256 so I think it's a 1972 model.
I know I need fuel pump parts for it since it lost some of them;( Anyone know where I can get a good deal on parts, used or other??

If you are planning to overhaul the fuel pump you may find http://www.sschapterpsa.com/ramblings/Rebuilding_fuelpump.htm useful
The professionals usually replace the whole pump rather than fiddle with them. No cheap though!"
