My father purchased this moto
My father purchased this motor new. I think it is a '74 I know it is an Evinrude Fisherman Model 6402-C serial no. J0007724 I have had the motor for 18 years. I had the impeller replaced 15 years ago. My question is... Does water pee out of these motors or does it just spray out the exhaust port? I can't remember. I would like to know before I take it out on the lake and over heat the motor. It runs perfect in the barrel and water sprays out the exhaust port. This motor is like new and in mint condition even has the stock spark plugs.
