My motor dies when I plug chok

My motor dies when I plug choke back. It does not have power. Anybody has any ideas?

Carburetor need to be cleaned

Carburetor need to be cleaned and possibly water in the carburetor.Always ---ALWAYS disconnect hose and run carburetor dry when finished with the motor.

"Evenrude 120 Hp V4 1985.
Engine stalls on accelleration each and every
time. I recently rebult the carbs, new piston rings, new wrist bearings, compression 125psi
on all cyl as of today. Would like to know if this is a fuel or eletrical problem.
Any information given would be greatly appreciated in trying to solve this problem
