Have no spark to one bank. Mech #1 replaced power pack, ran well for about an hour, then back to same. Mech #2 replaced stator, same result.Swapped coils side to side, no difference,
always end up with no power to same bank.Mech #2
had no other ideas,Ended up with boat home and no better off."

"The black/yellow wire in the engine wiring harness that connects to the powerpack, disconnect it.

Now, connect a volt meter which is set to it lowest reading scale between the harness black/yellow wire and a powerhead ground. Turn the ignition switch to the ON setting (not running). If the meter reads even the slightest amount of voltage, even a milivolt, therein lies your problem.

That voltage is caused by either the ignition switch having a slight short or a conductance type short between the wires in the harness assemblies.

Easy to check the switch... simply remove the black/yellow wire from the back of the ignition switch. If the voltage suddenly ceases to exist, replace the switch."
