Evinrude 9.9 15 hp 4 stroke carb

I have a 2000 Evinrude 9.9 hp 4 stroke that runs fine, but after a couple minutes it continuously dumps gas out of the carb overflow vent. Put rebuild kit in carb and fuel pump but still dumps fuel. Any suggestions?

Go through the carb again and pay attention to the needle and seat area. Any dirt, pieces of hose and ect.
