"When taking off motor goes great, after 5 mins or so it sounds and feels like its running on two cylinders. I have changed coil packs, spark plugs even fuel line. any suggestions??"

you need to make sure your spa

you need to make sure your spark will jump a 7/16 gap with a good strong blue spark.

also i would install a water/fuel filter if you dont already have one..............water in your gas can be a pain.

i would lean toward water in the fuel......but you need to do as cameron said and start with his suggestions........also have you tried pumping your primer bulb when the prob occurs?

Water in the fuel is my guess as well. Your description is exactly what my brother-in-law ran up against with his motor.

a fuel sample from the very mo

a fuel sample from the very most bottom of the tank would help.............tilt your boat to help accommodate........and after you get a nice angle let it sit for a few while all the water has a chance to settle at the bottom.

if you get lucky you may only lose a few gallons.

i would install a fuel/water filter for sure.......it replace all other filters and is easily changed.

depending on your set up this may help: make sure you fuel pick-up tube is at the lowest point in the tank - disconnect the fuel line from the motor - pull it back through to the inside of the boat - remove the connector - get a 5 gal bucket or a suitable container - kink the fuel line and run it through your transom drain...............it may be slow but no more sucking on a garden hose and getting a mouth full of gas..........
 
Make sure that the fuel tank v

Make sure that the fuel tank vents aren't pluged preventing proper fuel flow as vacumm increases in the tank. This would show up after the engine has run a few minutes and the fuel pump begins loosing the ability to draw fuel. Your primer bulb should compress as well if this is the problem.
