e70tlets, can a weak or bad battery cause no spark on all 3 cylinders?

If it turns over slowly , there will be no spark.

It turns over fine. rpm good.

Spark is generated from the magneto spinning at a good speed and ignition is not initiated by 12 volts from the battery.-----------The motor can be started by pulling on a rope with a dead battery.
