Evinrude 70 hp problem with overheating

Hi I have problem with engine evinrude 70 hp 2000r, the engine overheating light flash on , I change water pump, termostat and valve water pressure. Cooling system working good but the lights still stays on. I buy diagnostic cable but I can’t connect with engine, no power supply at diagnostic socket . Maybe someone has the electrical diagram of the diagnostic socket? Please help me read the error.
