Evinrude 70 hp 4stroke 2001

My motor runs fine at low throttle, but bogs down and shakes bad when throttled up. Put in new fuel pump and filter. Any suggestions.

A SUZUKI built machine.----Did this issue start all of a sudden ?-----Replaced water pump impeller ?----Checked shift switch on the motor linkages ?----There may be more than 1 filter on the motor , I believe there are 3 in total..----Cleaned the VST Tank?-----Checked for water in VST tank ?

After sitting for the winter. Decided to take in instead of searching for the gremlins
