Does anybody happen to have a diagram showing a breakdown of the cooling system on an evinrude model HE6FRECA 98, 4 stroke that they could email me ?

I have one with a water circulation problem and the pump and thermostat are fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info but in all due respect if I had access to the factory service manual for this model I wouldnt have asked the question.

Can you perhaps point me in the direction of a link to an online factory manual.

However If You have a circulation problem fault search by taking down the gear case and apply water pressure on the water tube.
If no water into the engine, then You might suspect the grommet #31.
