The motor will run for 20-30 minuets then stop pumping water. I have taken the lower unit off and inspected the impeller it looks great. I have pushed air through the lines there doesn't appear to be a blockage any ideas?

When you leave the impeller on the workbench for a day are the vanes straight or do they stay bent in a curve ?-----A blown head gasket can also cause overheat so you might want to do a compression check.

the impeller is in ver good shape I have to push the tips in to make it fit in. The motor starts up and runs great no leaks just no water pumping I just dropped the lower end again and blew air in every hole I could see and nothing blocked arghhhhh. This is a motor my dad bought us when I was a kid and now I want my kids to use it
