Hi, Joe, Can you give me some help with tune-up of this beast? please.
Model 502273C, electric shift.
There are timing marks on the flywheel, I have a timing light would it help to check this, I may have undone the wrong screws when trying to set the motor for slow revs.
Regards, Gordon.

The timing is fixed and should not need to be adjusted.Do a compression test and post the results.

Thanks for your feedback sparky.
The question was about the settings, I adjusted the rod that goes to the throttle cam yoke because I could not get the motor to run slow.
I found out later the throttle cable was not coming all the way back.
That was the reason for asking about the timing/settings.
Hope you understand my ramblings.
Kind regards, Gordon. "
