Evinrude 4Hp 2 Cylinders Running Problems

Hi,
Can anyone help me with my outboard. It starts ok but after a short while, approx 1 minute it gradually loses power, does not respond to throttle increase and then cuts out. With a bit of choke on the next pull it nearly starts then I use no choke and 4-5 pulls it starts and runs for about 1 minute then the process is repeated.
The Model no. is BE4BRCRM

Starving for fuel...check the filter for a start. Is the vent open on the tank? Try squeezing the fuel bulb when it's running, see if that helps. May need a carb cleaning/rebuild.
